Privacy notice

How Aixcel handles information.

This notice explains what information Aixcel Solutions may receive through this website, enquiries, booking, and service delivery, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Direct answer

Aixcel collects only information needed to respond to enquiries, schedule conversations, provide agreed services, secure its systems, and meet applicable obligations. It does not sell personal information.

Who this notice covers

Aixcel Solutions is a founder-led business operated by Ahmad Bukhari from Islamabad, Pakistan and serving clients worldwide. This notice covers the public website, direct enquiries, booking interactions, and information processed to evaluate or provide agreed services.

Information Aixcel may receive

  • Contact details and information you choose to include in an email, form, booking, call, or project brief.
  • For a free AEO audit, guide, or strategy-call request: the request type, your name, work email, company, website, approximate annual revenue range, role when requested, the question you want AI search to understand when requested, timing, consent record, available UTM and referring-page context, lifecycle status, next action, internal qualification notes, notification state, guide-download events, and matched booking events.
  • Systems Desk account identifiers, profile details, consent records, saved business problem briefs, and saved chat conversations. Supabase Auth processes and hashes account passwords; Aixcel does not receive or store the raw password.
  • For a one-time public presence audit: the company name and public website, LinkedIn company-page, or Instagram company-profile URLs you submit, plus the audit status, bounded public evidence, coverage record, PageSpeed metrics when available, and saved report.
  • Scheduling information processed through the linked Cal.com booking service.
  • Basic technical and security data such as request time, device or browser information, referring page, and network identifiers when collected by hosting or security providers. AI Visibility form abuse controls store only a short-lived one-way request fingerprint rather than the raw network identifier.
  • Business, system, user, and project information supplied under an agreed engagement.

Why it is used

Information is used to respond, schedule calls, assess fit, prepare and provide agreed services, maintain security, keep business records, improve operations, and comply with applicable obligations. Aixcel does not sell personal information.

Systems Desk, audit, and AI processing

When you submit a Systems Desk question, the current problem brief, recent saved conversation history, and relevant approved Aixcel evidence are sent through Aixcel's server and OpenRouter to an available free model to produce an answer. Free-model providers may retain or use submitted content under their own policies, so do not submit passwords, credentials, health information, payment data, confidential client records, or anything you would not share with an external AI provider. Chat turns are saved to your account so the portal can restore conversation history. For the one-time public presence audit, Aixcel sends the public business identifiers you provide to Tavily for bounded public search and website extraction; Google PageSpeed may inspect the submitted website. The audit does not sign into or directly scrape social networks and does not receive private follower, engagement, or account analytics.

Service providers and international processing

Vercel hosts the website and server functions and supplies signed service identity for the lead-storage connection. Supabase provides authentication and database services. Resend delivers request-related transactional email. OpenRouter routes Systems Desk model requests. Tavily provides bounded public search and website extraction. Google provides PageSpeed and may deliver website font files. Cal.com provides embedded booking and signed booking-event notifications. Email, communications, analytics if enabled, and project tools may also process information on Aixcel's behalf. Those providers may operate in other countries and apply their own infrastructure, terms, and contractual safeguards.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, an active or prospective business relationship, security, records, disputes, or applicable obligations. Inactive AI Visibility leads marked lost, spam, or otherwise closed are scheduled for deletion or anonymization after 12 months unless an active relationship, dispute, security need, or applicable obligation requires longer retention. Aixcel uses proportionate access, credential, hosting, and operational controls, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information Aixcel holds about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain use, or withdraw consent for future communications. Some records may need to be retained for security, contracts, or legal obligations.
