One defined job
Each mode has one operating purpose, a versioned instruction, bounded context, and an explicit refusal boundary.
AI systems desk / controlled public beta
Describe the real workflow problem. The desk searches AiXCEL's approved evidence, separates assumptions from facts, and maps the smallest useful next move.
No live web search. No autonomous actions. No confidential data.
The model supplies language. The evidence and controls supply credibility.
SYSTEMS AUDITOR
Your verified email keeps your problem brief separate from every other visitor. Supabase Auth handles the password; AiXCEL never receives or stores it.
Specific inputs produce a useful diagnosis. Do not include passwords, API keys, health information, payment data, or confidential client records.
How credibility is built
Each mode has one operating purpose, a versioned instruction, bounded context, and an explicit refusal boundary.
Published services, cases, policies, and evidence-led insights form the searchable corpus. Draft campaigns and private client material stay out.
The browser cannot choose a model, invent a source, add a tool, or escape account and daily quotas.
The desk proposes a next move. A human confirms scope, price, access, integrations, and anything that changes another system.
Agent catalog / first release
These are the public AiXCEL agents. The same controlled pattern can later be configured for a client's own knowledge, workflow, permissions, and human handoff.
Finds the likely constraint, names missing evidence, and proposes the smallest useful diagnostic or implementation step.
Explains what AiXCEL does, how its systems are built, what evidence exists, and where a request falls outside verified capability.
Turns a known workflow problem into stages, decision rules, owners, exceptions, controls, and acceptance evidence.
Knowledge and walkthroughs
The initial knowledge base contains approved AiXCEL service pages, anonymized case evidence, operating boundaries, and published implementation notes. Approved walkthrough transcripts can enter the same source registry when videos are released.
Every answer returns server-owned source links. If the corpus cannot support a claim, the desk should say that instead of filling the gap with confidence.
